E’s Best Barbecue is a product of being born and raised in North Carolina. I grew up eating barbecue from every part of the state. At the age of 32, my work took our family to the gulf coast of Florida, but we continued making sauces and North Carolina barbecue. Our Smoky Mountain sauce pays homage to the great tradition of mountain barbecue. Our recipe is authentic to the region and we have been making it from scratch for over 30 years. My wife Jan and I return to North Carolina several times a year to spend time back in the mountains we love so much. I am proud to promote the rich barbecue tradition of the Carolina Smokies with E’s Best Smoky Mountain Finishing Sauce.
